How do I create an account?
Creating an account is simple! Click the "Sign Up" button in the top right corner, enter your email address, create a password, and verify your email. The entire process takes less than 2 minutes. After verification, you can start exploring the platform immediately.
What documents do I need for KYC verification?
For KYC verification, you'll need a government-issued photo ID (passport, driver's license, or national ID card) and proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last 3 months). The verification process typically takes 24-48 hours.
Is there a minimum age requirement?
Yes, you must be at least 18 years old to create an account and trade on our platform. This is a legal requirement to comply with financial regulations.
Can I use the platform on mobile?
Absolutely! Our platform is fully responsive and works seamlessly on mobile browsers. We also have dedicated mobile apps for iOS and Android available in the App Store and Google Play Store.

What assets can I trade?
You can trade over 1,000 assets including stocks from major exchanges (NYSE, NASDAQ, LSE), cryptocurrencies (Bitcoin, Ethereum, and 100+ altcoins), forex pairs, commodities, and indices. We're constantly adding new assets based on user demand.
Are there trading fees?
We offer competitive trading fees: 0.1% for stocks and 0.25% for crypto trades. New users get commission-free trading for the first 30 days. There are no hidden fees, and we display all costs transparently before you confirm any trade.
What is the minimum trade amount?
The minimum trade amount is $10 for stocks and $5 for cryptocurrencies. This allows beginners to start trading with small amounts while they learn.
Can I set stop-loss and take-profit orders?
Yes! We support advanced order types including stop-loss, take-profit, limit orders, and trailing stops. These tools help you manage risk and automate your trading strategy.
What are your trading hours?
Cryptocurrency trading is available 24/7. Stock trading follows regular market hours: Monday-Friday, 9:30 AM - 4:00 PM EST for US markets, with pre-market and after-hours trading also available.
Account Management
How do I reset my password?
Click "Forgot Password" on the login page, enter your email address, and we'll send you a password reset link. For security reasons, the link expires after 1 hour. If you have 2FA enabled, you'll need your authentication code to complete the reset.
Can I have multiple accounts?
Each person is allowed one account to comply with KYC and anti-money laundering regulations. However, you can create sub-accounts for different trading strategies within your main account.
How do I close my account?
To close your account, first withdraw all funds and close all open positions. Then contact our support team via email or live chat. We'll process your request within 5 business days. Note that account closure is permanent and cannot be reversed.
Can I change my registered email address?
Yes, you can update your email address in Account Settings. You'll need to verify both your old and new email addresses for security purposes. The change takes effect immediately after verification.
Security
How secure is my account?
We use bank-level security including 256-bit SSL encryption, two-factor authentication (2FA), cold storage for crypto assets, and regular security audits. Your funds are held in segregated accounts separate from company operations.
What is two-factor authentication (2FA)?
2FA adds an extra layer of security by requiring a second form of verification beyond your password. We support Google Authenticator, SMS codes, and email verification. We strongly recommend enabling 2FA to protect your account.
Are my funds insured?
Cash balances are insured up to $250,000 per account through our partner banks. Cryptocurrency holdings are stored in cold wallets and protected by comprehensive insurance coverage. We maintain reserves exceeding total customer balances.
What should I do if I suspect unauthorized access?
Immediately change your password, enable 2FA if not already active, and contact our security team at [email protected]. We'll freeze your account temporarily, investigate the issue, and help you secure your account. Review your recent activity for any unauthorized transactions.
Deposits & Withdrawals
What deposit methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfers (ACH/wire), credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), and cryptocurrency deposits (Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, USDC). Deposit minimums vary by method: $100 for bank transfers, $50 for cards, and $10 for crypto.
How long do deposits take?
Crypto deposits are instant (after blockchain confirmations). Credit/debit card deposits are processed within minutes. Bank transfers take 1-3 business days for ACH and 1-5 days for international wires. You'll receive an email notification once your deposit is credited.
Are there any deposit fees?
We don't charge fees for bank transfers or crypto deposits. However, your bank or credit card provider may charge their own processing fees. Crypto deposits require network fees (paid to miners), which are deducted from your deposit amount.
How do I withdraw funds?
Go to your wallet, select "Withdraw", choose your withdrawal method, enter the amount, and confirm. Withdrawals are processed within 24 hours on business days. For security, we may request additional verification for large withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal is $50.
Are there withdrawal fees?
Domestic bank transfers are free. International wire transfers have a $25 fee. Crypto withdrawals have network fees that vary by blockchain. You get one free withdrawal per month; additional withdrawals may incur small processing fees.
